As far as Christmas sweaters go, this is kinda classy. I've got a soft spot for the frill, I love that it's cropped, and cropped with a hood too! The hat's cute too, I have a feeling you could do that in normal double knit and have a nice basic hat. Now I've said that, I think the garments would be nice in non festive colours too. Full stop, the end. 

This set has been knitted in King Cole Comfort DK and Truffle DK. You'll need 4mm and 3.25mm needles, stitch holders, and buttons for both jackets.
