This is a fantastic family-friendly set of patterns that would even make the Walton's jealous. Simple stitches and design make them easily adaptable and perfect for adding in some colourwork if that is your jam. 

These patterns are knitted in King Cole Merino Blend 4ply, a gorgeous 100% wool yarn with lots of beautiful bold colours. You could also try King Cole Drifter 4ply which would work perfectly with all these simple stitches. 

You will need 2.75mm and 3.25mm knitting needles and stitch holders for these projects.
